Eco Event
At the weekend, our choir sang at St Paul's Church for the Eco Event. The choir sang beautifully and everyone that came to the Eco Event had a wonderful time.
Holy Week EYFS
Reception have been learning all about Easter this week. We started the week by talking about Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey and we had our own Palm Sunday parade. We then learnt about the Last Supper and had bread and cranberry juice to represent Jesus’ body and blood. On Tuesday we had some guests from the church who decorated butterflies with us. These will be displayed in St Paul’s Church.
Adult Family Learning
On Thursday 14th March, a group of parents/carers took part in the Adult Family Learning Workshop. The families took part in fun activities with their child based on Julia Donaldson's book, Stick Man.
Year 3 Thank You, Pop Up Cards
As part of year 3’s Art and DT project, they made pop up cards for a key worker to show their appreciation and to say thank you. Here are some of the finished cards. Well done year 3, you have made lots of people very happy!
Year 2 – Morocco Week 10th February
Photos from day 1 of Morocco week in Year 2. We have been trying Moroccan foods such as couscous, vegetarian tagine, houmous and mint tea. We have also been researching Morocco online, collaging flags and making Moroccan lanterns.
