We are delighted to announce that our Year 2 pupils have been officially recognised for their participation in the RSPB Big Schools' Birdwatch.
As part of their recent learning, the children took on the role of wildlife detectives, observing and recording the various bird species that visit our school grounds. This hands-on project allowed the children to develop their identification skills while learning about the importance of our local environment.
The data collected by our pupils has been submitted to the RSPB to help track bird populations across the UK. This is a significant achievement, and we are very proud of the children for their dedication to looking after our world and supporting national conservation efforts.
Well done to everyone in Year 2.
