Six children from year 3 and 4 played in a football tournament at Armfield Academy,  in memory of Jimmy Armfield. The children played in 7 games against other Blackpool schools. The 'Fun For Frankie Cake Sale' will take place at 3.15pm on Wednesday 3rd April, in the Main Hall at school. Any cakes or biscuits left over will be sold at morning break on Thursday. Thursday 21st March is Down Syndrome Awareness Day. Please wear different socks to raise awareness so that people with Down Syndrome have the same opportunities as everyone else.

The School Council would like to invite all pupils to come to school this Friday 15th March in non-uniform to raise money for Red Nose Day. Please could you bring a £1.00 donation on the day. Many thanks.
